ARTISTISC RESIDENCY with
ZHANG YONGHONG & BIAN JING
ABOUT THE RESIDENCY
From February 9 to 13, EAST WEST hosts an intimate 5-day artistic residency with Chinese contemporary artists Zhang Yonghong and Bian Jing.
This residency is conceived as a shared space for creation, reflection and cultural exchange, bringing together artists, designers and creative practitioners interested in process-driven practices and cross-cultural dialogue.
Rather than a workshop or a structured course, the residency offers time, space and proximity: an opportunity to work alongside the artists, observe their methods and engage in an open creative process.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Over five consecutive days, the residency will include:
Daily shared working sessions
Informal discussions around artistic processes and materials
Moments of collective reflection and exchange
Individual and group dialogue with the artists
The exact structure will remain flexible, adapting to the dynamics of the group and the working process.

The participation fee covers access to the 5-day artistic residency, including use of the EAST WEST working space and shared time, dialogue and exchange with artists Zhang Yonghong and Bian Jing.
All additional expenses, including accommodation, meals and materials, are the responsibility of the participant.
