1. Cancellation Policy

The subscription can be canceled at any time by the member. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be made before the first day of the month (for monthly subscriptions) or before the renewal date (for annual subscriptions). No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

2. Access to the Annual Limited Edition Artwork

Access to the annual limited-edition artwork produced by EAST WEST in collaboration with one of its represented artists is reserved for members who:

• Have maintained an active monthly subscription for 12 consecutive months, or

• Have subscribed through the annual plan.

3. Additional Event Fees

Some EAST WEST activities, visits, or events may not be included in the subscription. In these cases, fees will be communicated in advance, and members will receive exclusive rates or discounts.

4. Bringing Guests to Events

Members may attend certain events accompanied by guests. Guest access is subject to availability and requires payment of the regular ticket price, unless otherwise stated.

5. Program Modifications

EAST WEST reserves the right to modify, update, or replace benefits and membership terms at any time. Any relevant changes will be communicated in advance to active members.

6. Non-transferability

The membership is personal and non-transferable. It may not be shared, resold, or used by unauthorized third parties.

7. Privacy Policy

All personal information provided by the member will be managed in accordance with our privacy and data protection policy.
