About the artist
LOÏCK ALAIN
Loïck Alain is a self-taught designer from Belgium, whose work is shaped by a unique fusion of artistic intuition and scientific logic. Raised in a creative and intellectually stimulating environment, Loïck was influenced by his mother, a cinema artisan, and his father, a man with a scientific background. This blend of artistry and precision became the foundation for his future career.
He pursued formal education in both Cultural Management and Industrial Engineering, fields that enabled him to merge creativity with structure. Loïck’s diverse academic background gave him the tools to approach design from multiple perspectives, using both technical skills and artistic sensibility. His work reflects this duality, as he constantly seeks innovative ways to combine form and function.
Over the past decade, Loïck has explored several creative domains, enriching his design perspective by working in different fields. His ventures have included music, tattoo artistry, and even working as a chef in a restaurant, which has greatly influenced his design approach, allowing him to experiment with texture, form, and visual impact in new and unconventional ways. His experiences in these diverse areas of art have informed his ability to create bold, expressive, and innovative works.
